  LeMoine has been the "house player" at several DC-MD-VA-FL Duplicate
     Bridge Clubs. He shows almost average abilities at the better clubs,
     such as Laurel, MD, Club where he has played since 1982. Much of
     his early duplicate skills were learned in DC ( Ed Gradys ) , in
     Richmond, VA and later in the Ft. Lauderdale/Pompano Beach FL clubs.

CONVENTIONS USED:   JACOBY TRANSFERS, 1 NT FORCING OVER MAJOR,
		    NEGATIVE DOUBLES THROUGH 3 SPADES,
 2/1=GAME FORCE     BLACKWOOD (WISELY), DOPI, FOURTH SUIT FORCING,
                    LIMIT RAISES IN MAJORS, JACOBY TWO NOTRUMP
                    NEW MINOR FORCING, WEAK 2D 2H 2S, LEBENSOHL
                    HELP-SUIT GAME TRIES, GRAND SLAM FORCE,
		    UNUSUAL FOR MINORS. SOUND/DISCIPLINED DIRECT
		    OVERCALLS showing good suit and good hand.

NOTRUMP SEQUENCES 1N=15+-18, 2N=20-21,  2C-2N=22-23, 2C-3N=24 and up

1S 2S 3C           Forcing. Invites responder to bid game w/Club values
1C 1S 2S 3H        Forcing. Same principle as above
1C 1H 1S 3C        Second round jump raise in minor forcing
1C 1H 1S 2N        Jump to 2 NT Limit
1H 1S 3H 3S        3H is NOT forcing, but 3S is forcing
2C 2D 2N 3D        Jacoby transfer to Hearts

CARDING AGREEMENT :

 STANDARD. From 3 small lead Middle-Up-Down against suit contracts
   and the top card against Notrump. Against Notrump the lead of
   "Fourth from Longest and Strongest" is not always adhered to,
   the defense choosing a "nothing" suit to remain passive.
   Against suit contracts, a trump is often lead to reduce dummy's
   ability to ruff losers. Signaling is also STANDARD.
